The 54 Markham-York University route operates from Mount Joy GO Station to the York University Bus Loop, making stops at Markham GO Station, Centennial GO Station, Unionville GO Station and Richmond Hill Centre Terminal.
Note that all buses serve the Centennial and Markham GO Stations from bus stops on the street, as opposed to bus terminals on site.
