48 Guelph-York University, otherwise known as the Guelph Highway 407 Service, is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.

The route serves to connect the University of Guelph in Guelph to the Mississauga community of Meadowvale, Brampton, and York University in the Toronto district of North York.

This route operates primarily on Highway 401 and Highway 407.


The 48 Guelph-York University route operates from the University of Guelph to the York University Bus Loop, making stops at the Aberfoyle Park and Ride, Meadowvale GO Station, Hurontario Street/Highway 407 Park and Ride and Bramalea GO Station. Weekday service tends to alternate every half hour between operating from the University of Guelph to York University and operating from Meadowvale GO Station only.
