38 Bolton, otherwise known as the Bolton Service, is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.

There are two different branches serving different areas:

  • The 38 Bolton-Malton route serves to connect the Caledon community of Bolton, western Vaughan and eastern Brampton to trains on the Kitchener line at Malton GO Station in Mississauga for further travel eastward towards Toronto. This route operates primarily on Highway 50 and Highway 427.
  • The 38A Bolton-North York route serves to connect the Caledon community of Bolton, the King community of Nobleton, and the Vaughan communities of Kleinburg and Woodbridge to trains on the Kitchener line at Etobicoke North GO Station in the Toronto district of Etobicoke for further travel eastward towards downtown Toronto, as well as the Toronto district of North York. This route operates primarily on Highway 27 and Highway 401.

Monday to Friday only, the 38 Bolton-Malton route operates from the Caledon community of Bolton at Highway 50 and Columbia Way to Malton GO Station, making a stop at the Bolton South Park and Ride.

Monday to Friday only, the 38A Bolton-North York route operates from the Caledon community of Bolton at Albion-Vaughan Road and Industrial Road to York Mills Terminal, making stops at the King community of Nobleton at King Road and Highway 27, the Vaughan community of Kleinburg at Islington Avenue and Nashville Road, Humber College, Etobicoke North GO Station, and the Yorkdale Bus Terminal.
