36 Brampton-North York Express, otherwise known as the Brampton via Highway 427 Express Service, is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.

The route serves to connect Brampton and the Mississauga community of Malton with a more direct service to the Toronto district of North York, as opposed to sister routes 34 and 35.

This route operates primarily on Highway 427, Highway 409 and Highway 401.

Monday to Friday only, the 36 Brampton-North York Express route operates from Bramalea Terminal to York Mills Bus Terminal, making stops at Bramalea GO Station and Yorkdale Bus Terminal. Select trips extend to the Downtown Brampton Terminal.
