35 Brampton-Humber College-North York, otherwise known as the Brampton Highway 27 Service, is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.

The route serves to connect Brampton and the Mississauga community of Malton to the Toronto district of North York via Humber College in the Toronto district of Etobicoke.

This route operates primarily on Highway 27, Highway 409 and Highway 401.


The 35 Brampton-Humber College-North York route operates from the Downtown Brampton Terminal to York Mills Bus Terminal, making stops at Bramalea Terminal, Bramalea GO Station, Humber College, Keele Street and Highway 401 and Yorkdale Bus Terminal. Select trips extend to the Finch Bus Terminal.
