29 Guelph-Mississauga, otherwise known as the University of Guelph service, is a GO Transit bus route in Ontario, Canada.

The route serves to connect Guelph, includiing the University of Guelph, to Milton, Mississauga, and other points eastward.

This route operates primarily on Highway 401, Highway 407 and Highway 403.

OverviewEdit

The 29 Guelph-Mississauga route connects Guelph Central GO Station to Cooksville GO Station, making stops at University of Guelph, Aberfoyle Park and Ride, Milton Park and Ride/Carpool and Square One Bus Terminal. During weekends, buses run up to Square One Bus Terminal only.
